Uniting Community

This program is designed for pre-school age children, although all children are welcome.  Each session has a theme and consits of hand crafted felt board and/or puppet stories, sing-a-longs with guitar, and  discussions about that particular theme.  We incorporate the alphabet, days of the week, weather, and other educational songs along with creative movement inspired by yoga in every class.  If there is a designated art area I like to have an art project that relates to the topic or theme of the day. By encouraging, not teaching music and movement I hope the children achieve success and learn through Uniting Communities Traveling Circle Program.

Buccaneer Park in Oceanside.  Class starts at 10:30am, please be on time.  We are also offering a discount on food at the Buccaneer Galley and Buccaneer Brew has a special for all families attending the story time!
